Tenant Interface Management
At Proserve we act as a point of contact for any issue pertaining to the tenancy or the tenants. Our team undertakes tenant on-boarding, lease renewals, timely deposition of rent, lease rent enhancements, take possession from tenants on vacation of the premises, take stock of the condition of the house and ensures that the Tenant has settled any remaining dues, or damages caused to the property during their stay. We do periodic visits on the property to keep an eye on the rented house for structural damage, seepage, termites, and to identify any need to make any large repairs or renovations in regards to the upkeep of the property”
