Tenant Interface Management

At Proserve we act as a point of contact for any issue pertaining to the tenancy or the tenants. Our team undertakes tenant on-boarding, lease renewals, timely deposition of rent, lease rent enhancements, take possession from tenants on vacation of the premises, take stock of the condition of the house and ensures that the Tenant has settled any remaining dues, or damages caused to the property during their stay. Our Maintenance & Repair team handles all maintenance issues like electrical, plumbing, carpentry work, masonry, waterproofing, pest control etc. Repair work like tiling, painting, polishing , repair of electrical and electronic equipments, A.C servicing etc are all undertaken by our skilled and experienced personnel. We do periodic visits on the property to keep an eye on the rented house for structural damage, seepage, termites, and to identify any need to make any large repairs or renovations in regards to the upkeep of the property”

Before renting the property Tenants expect certain basic necessities like Wardrobe, Modular Kitchen, Wardrobes, Electrical Fittings like A.C’s, Geysers, and Water Purifier Etc. Our Team keeps a check on timely payment of all utility bills by the tenant. We send timely delivery of all such paid bills to home owners. We send reminders to home owners regarding payment of property tax and any other statutory compliance to be undertaken by them and facilitate timely action on these.
